Achievers of SGTBIMIT in 2026

In 2026, students and alumni from the affiliated institute SGTBIMIT (Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and Information Technology) have excelled in various fields, including academics, placements, and extracurricular activities. 

The primary achievers of the year include:

 Career & Placement Achievers

• Job Fair Placements: At a mega job fair hosted on campus with over 40 companies, 978 students secured placements.
• Top Salary: The highest package secured during 2026 reached ₹11 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA). 

 Extracurricular & Cultural Stars

• Jasleen Kaur (BCA): Bagged the 1st position in Declamation at an inter-college competition held at Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce. 
• Divinity Team: The college's Divinity Team won a Consolation Prize at the prestigious Delhi University inter-college competitions. 
• Painting and Quiz Teams: The SGTBIMIT Quiz team secured 3rd position overall. Students Pushkar, Anshika, and Chhavi won a consolation prize in the painting competition. 

 Sports Winners

• Pool Tournament (March 2026): Prabhjas Singh (BBA) won 1st position, while Gurashish Singh (BCA) and Yuvraj Singh (BCA) took 2nd and 3rd.
